How to use

  • Heat the respective massage oil till it is warm
  • Dip the bottom portion of the potli in the oil
  • Apply the oil-soaked potli on the affected area- Do not rub, only apply with gentle pressure.
  • Massage for a minimum of 30 minutes
  • Avoid using a fan during the massage
  • Cover the body for at least 5 mins after the massage
  • For best results, follow the above procedure for at least 15 days
