How to use
- Heat the respective massage oil till it is warm
- Dip the bottom portion of the potli in the oil
- Apply the oil-soaked potli on the affected area- Do not rub, only apply with gentle pressure.
- Massage for a minimum of 30 minutes
- Avoid using a fan during the massage
- Cover the body for at least 5 mins after the massage
- For best results, follow the above procedure for at least 15 days
